We rent on weekly basis (7 days)

Changeover day Saturdays (other days on prior request)

Short breaks (on prior request):

• Long Weekends or Mid Week Breaks cost 80% of the weekly rate.
• Short breaks are not available at Christmas and New Year.

Payments:

• A 1⁄3 deposit booking fee secures your dates.
• Payment of balance (full amount) is due 8 weeks (56 days) before your holiday starts.
• A cautionary deposit of Euro 300.00 (to be deposit one week prior to your arrival by bank transfer).

Cancellation Charge:

• 0 to 13 days 100%
• 14 to 30 days 75%
• 31 to 55 days 60%
• 56 days or more 0%

Arrival times:

The property will be available from 16:00 on the day of your arrival and we kindly request that you vacate the property no later than 10:00 on the day of your departure.
